We collect information you provide directly, including email address, country, signup source, order details, shipping details, and messages sent to us. SMS collection is currently paused.

We use this information to manage First Flight signups, send drop announcements, process orders, provide customer support, improve the site, and understand demand by country.
Email marketing
First Flight email signups are handled through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Orders and checkout
Product purchasing is intended to run through Shopify. Shopify may process checkout, payment, tax, shipping, order confirmation, and fulfilment information.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools to understand page views, signup conversion, product interest, and checkout performance. Analytics should be configured with privacy care.
Service providers
We may share information with service providers that help operate the site and business, including Vercel, Shopify, Klaviyo, payment providers, shipping providers, and analytics tools.
